6. Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on December 29 and January 5, 2024. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s  social media channels.
7. A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value.
8. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail.
9. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.
10. Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.
11. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
12. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
13. Taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin, winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ when the event ends.
14. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
