Mechanics:

1.Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.

2.Promo runs from October 13 to October 27, 2023

3.Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) who will top up for Riot Cash Pins.

4.Users can avail of the following promotions:

1.Sign Up Raffle

 o Valid for FIRST TIME REGISTRANTS who sign-ups/registrations to UniPin account

 o Users must SUCCESSFULLY and COMPLETELY register their email address to UniPin (Complete valid full name in registration is required middle initial is optional) and user the referral code “SBNeonUniPin” to be eligible for the raffle.

 o Users who create multiple email accounts (multiple email, but single registered name or obvious duplicated email address. E.g. [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc.) or create multiple single named account (single registered name, but different email addresses) shall be counted as one(1) registration only.

 o At the end of the promotion, 10 lucky complete and valid registrants with first purchase may get a chance to win 100 UniPin Credits.

 o Grand draw will be on November 9, 2023, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin, winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ when the event ends. Failure to comply with   any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.

 o The prizes for the event is as follows:

• 10 winners of 100 UniPin Credits

 o Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on November 10. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s  social media channels.

 o A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value.

 o Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail.

 o The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize. Prizes  will be sent to the winner within 14 days  upon confirmation.

 o Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.

 o All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

 o By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.  UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.

2.Top Up Raffle

 o Each UniPin account user can avail of one (1) raffle entry for every purchase of a minimum PHP 249.

 o Valid for the following Payment Channels: All payment channel except UniPin Credits and UniPin Vouchers

 o Determination of winners will be on November 9, 2023, under the supervision of DTI.

 o Winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ . There will be the following winners

•  3 winners of Neon Swag Kits

 o Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on November 10. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.

 o A participant may only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, he/she get the prize of higher value.

 o Verified winners from this raffle will not be eligible to join future raffles of UniPin within the next 6 months period.

 o Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail.  o Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.
