4.Newly registered users with the referral code who do purchase will automatically receive an entry for the MONTHLY DRAW for EVERY accumulative PHP 500 spend inside the UniPin website. They will also automatically receive an entry for the GRAND DRAW for EVERY accumulative PHP 10,000 worth of purchase inside the UniPin Website.

7.The prizes for each event are as follows:

• Monthly Draw – 1 winner of 5,000 UniPin Credits

8. Announcements will be made two (2) days after the draw date on UniPin Facebook and Instagram social media pages. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin social media channels. Raffle draw will be held at 2pm in Unipin Phils. Inc. Office, Unit 3 2/F Elenba Bldg., Alabang Zapote Road, Pamplona 3, Las Pinas City, in the presence of a DTI representative and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin,.

9.Non-winning entries from the Monthly Draw are excluded from the following draw.

10.A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value. Winners of the first draw are disqualified from joining the second draw.

11.Winners from this raffle will not be eligible to join future raffle of UniPin within the next 3 month period from announcement of winner.

12.Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail.

13.The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 2 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.

14.Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.

15.Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.

16.All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc. and its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

17.All entries remain the sole property of [UniPin Philippines]. with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to [UniPin Philippines] use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which [UniPin Philippines] may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of [UniPin Philippines]. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold [UniPin Philippines] and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.

18.By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
