DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-150854 Series of 2022

Mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.
2. Promo runs from September 12 - October 11, 2022
3. User MUST LOG IN or REGISTER in our website (www.unipin.com) to be eligible to join.
4. Each UniPin account user can avail of one (1) raffle entry for every purchase of a minimum PHP249 for Genshin Impact Genesis Crystals using Maya or Smart.
5. After a successful transaction, users will get ONE (1) raffle entry, register Full Name, Email Address (UniPin account), Complete Address, Cellphone Number with Transaction Number provided in the online receipt by clicking the banner REGISTER NOW. There’s no limit to the number of Raffle Entries a customer may avail, raffle entries cannot be gifted.
6. A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value
7. Grand draw will be on October 14, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin, lucky winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ when the event ends. The prizes are as follows:
   1. 1 Set Genshin Impact Funko Pop (Aether, Lumine, and Paimon)
   2. 1 Year supply of Blessing of the Welkin Moon (via UniPin Credits)
8. Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on October 16. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.
9. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.
10. Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.
11. Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.
12. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
13. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
14. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
