UniPin’s customer service representative supports Customers and Partners by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for partners and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

• Provide professional customer service support.
• Answer customer calls, emails, and live chats (Zendesk, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Works on the weekend and helps on mega campaigns (i.e., 9.9, 10.10, etc.)
• Create reports using Word and Excel to collect data for analysis and reports.
• To perform shift work duties on a 24x7 basis from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
• Communicate and coordinate with the team as necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
