Job Description

As a Project Manager in the game top-up function, you will play a key role in supporting the PMO team by engaging with partners, capturing and documenting complex business requirements, conducting testing, and ensuring effective communication with the business team. In addition to typical PMO responsibilities, you will provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will also leverage your strong analytical skills and business acumen to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects adhere to established PMO processes, standards, and methodologies, including risk management, issue tracking, and quality assurance.
  • Assist in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring proper resource allocation and milestone tracking.
  • Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth requirement analysis, documentation, and process mapping, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
  • Oversee testing activities, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and integration testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage change requests, document impact assessments, and communicate updates to the business team and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular status reports, project dashboards, and meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to junior PMO team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO or relevant roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and digital payment platforms within the gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Project Management Certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
