Estrella Joins RRQ Valorant Division

The Valorant competitive scene is currently aggressively announcing new players from each team considering that the transfer session is currently open and this was also done by RRQ by announcing Estrella who finally joined their Valorant division.

A while back, RRQ started their campaign for next season by releasing a player from the Philippines, Emmanuel "Emman" Morale. Not long after, they announced the addition of a new South Korean player in Park "Estrella" Gun.

The addition of Park "Estrella" Gun to the team certainly makes the roster dynamics in the Valorant team from Indonesia more diverse and more colorful. Currently, RRQ has a full roster of five people who can be considered quite strong.

The current roster of RRQ are:

  • James “2geMONSTAH” Goopio
  • David “xffero” Monangin
  • Saibani “fl1pzjder” Rahmad
  • Hagai Kristen “Lmemore “ Yesyurun Tewuh
  • Park “Estrella” Gun

RRQ is the only Indonesian esports team that made it through the rigorous selection of Valorant's franchise for the VCT. The esports ecosystem in this game can be said to be a bit similar to League of Legends, and also Mobile Legends.

RRQ itself last season did not really show its best performance. They finished in a position that could be considered quite bad, namely in 7th position under Team Secret and ZETA DIVISION. Therefore, the management finally decided to reshuffle their roster.

Some time ago, Global Esports and Paper Rex also announced that they had traded players. These maneuvers will certainly affect RRQ's position in the upcoming season.

The new players will certainly change the habits and gameplay that they have played in the previous season. It's safe to say that next year's APAC VCT will be full of surprises, and there will certainly be new champions who can make the APAC competitive scene proud.
