Mechanics:

1.Promo is open to all customers in the Philippines

2.Promo runs from February 15–20, 2024

3.New users must create/register (Full Name, Contact Number, Email, and Home Address) and use “BEMYDUO” as referral code in creating a new UniPin account and purchase a minimum of PHP100 UniPin Credits to be eligible for a raffle entry.

4.Valid for the following Payment Channels: All payment channel except UniPin Credits and UniPin Vouchers

6.In the Google form, the user is required to send a screenshot of their purchase along with the name of their paired account in order for us to identify which accounts are partnered for this promotion.

7.Data pull for lucky winners will be on  February 27, 2024, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin. Raffle draw winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ .

8.Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on March 1, 2024. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.

9.Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.

10.All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc. and its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

11.All entries remain the sole property of [UniPin Philippines]. with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to [UniPin Philippines] use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which [UniPin Philippines] may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of [UniPin Philippines]. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold [UniPin Philippines] and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.

12.By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.

13.Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
