Total Fail at M4, Coach TODAK announce Quit! RRQ Acil Next?

The M4 World Championship event has ended on January 15 that ECHO from the Philippines succees becoming the champion after winning 4-0 over Blacklist International in the Grand Final. However, after M4 there was shocking news, which is TODAK's coach, resigned.

The TODAK coach, Amoux, suddenly said the farewell after being announced directly via a post on TODAK's official Instagram account. The reason for Amoux's departure is a manifestation of his responsibility for Todak's performance which failed miserably and sluggishly at the M4.

In the post caption, the Malaysian team expressed their gratitude for Amoux's hard work and services while working with TODAK.

"I take full responsibility for TODAK's defeat and decision at M4. With this, I am placing my position as MLBB's Todak Coach," said Amoux in the caption of the post.

In the M4, TODAK's performance actually quite disappointing and decreased compared to the previous M Series. Together with Team HAQ (represent Malaysia), Todak had to compete in the lower bracket after being defeated by RRQ Hoshi in the upper bracket. Then, in the lower bracket they had to be eliminated after losing to The Valley.

This is surely a heavy blow for Todak, who has never been absent from the M Series. Moreover, they are inhabited by senior players like Ciku and Moon who seem to be nearing the end of their careers.

Acil Next?

In the announcement of Amoux's departure from TODAK because he failed at M4, there were Indonesian netizens or RRQ Hoshi fans who might have been furious with his team's performance, and commented "Acil is next?".

Well, this is pretty normal because Acil's name is in the spotlight of many fans in this M4 because he is considered to have failed to lead RRQ Hoshi with his bad draft pick. Worst of all, he was in the spotlight because he did not respect banned the Blacklist signature hero, OhMyV33nus to be precise, Estes in the  upper bracket match.

However, until now there has been no sign of change in the management of RRQ Hoshi. Until now, Acil is still backed up by the CEO of Team RRQ, Mr. AP. It will be interesting to wait, of course, how will RRQ Hoshi continue, which is said to be changing its name, can it be even better?
