The head priestess of Inazuma and owner of the Yae Publishing House has graced Teyvat and is now available to wish in Genshin Impact!

Yae Miko’s banner will run during the first half of the 2.5 update. Yae Miko will also have a character quest “Divina Vulpes Chapter: Act I”, where you can find out more about the character which also coincides after the Second Chapter of the Raiden Shogun character quest “Imperatirix Umbrosa Chapter: Act II”. These new story quest will explore and reveal more about the mystery and history of Inazuma. It is safe to say that the story of the Raiden Shogun and Inazuma is not yet over.

Along with the update is the new Weekly boss that looks extremely like Raiden Shogun. Has she become the new foe? Or is there a mystery behind this and the only way to find out is to finish the character quest! This weekly boss is also one of the ascension materials needed to level up Yae Miko to the max level.

More updates are revealed as players will return to Enkanomiya and try the new event which comes with new enemies called the Shadowy Husks. They are humanoid monsters with the ability to grant buff to their teammates, especially when they hit players with shields. Aside from fighting these new enemies, players can do new event call Three Realms Gateway Offering where players will explore Enkanomiya as commissioned by Kokomi to find out why the land is covered in an unknown darkness. This event is different from past events as this is more an exploration event than the usual hack and slash types of events.

There are also two new minigames that were announced to come along the 2.5 update: The Divine Ingenuity which give players a chance to create their own domain and share it with other players to try and beat the record. The second Minigame is the Of Drink A-Dreaming where players will take the role of a bartender at DIluc’s Tavern called Angel’s Share.

Another event returns as Hyakunin Ikki makes a comeback! Veteran players know this as to be an exciting event as they create teams of two and battle waves of monsters. New trial character and secret arts are also included in the return of this event.
