IESF 14th World Esports Championships Indonesian Contingent Official Send-off

The IESF 14th World Esports Championships is only 8 days away, and on November 24, PBESI officially announced all Indonesian esports athletes who had been selected through the National Selection process (Seleknas) to compete in the event, in a formal  send off ceremony.

Led by the Chairman of PBESI, Bambang Sunarwibowo, the ceremony was started with motivational sentences to strengthen the enthusiasm and mentality of the chosen athletes who were present.

"You are the chosen, the people who have been selected, and this should be something to be proud of. Don't let your guard down, we only have a few days left. Therefore, make the best of it," said Bambang Sunarwibowo.

For your information, Indonesia will send off 31 esports athletes divided into 7 numbers, namely Dota 2, CS:GO (male and female), Tekken 7, eFootball 2022, PUBG Mobile, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

At one point of the ceremony, Indonesia's head coach for the championships, Yohannes Siagian, also revealed that their target is first place. He’s very confident with the quality of all the chosen athletes.

Siagian also wants Indonesia to become the 5th country to become the Grand Champion of the tournament, following in the footsteps of South Korea, Sweden, Serbia and Japan. Will they reach both of the targets?
