9. A participant may only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, he/she get the prize of higher value.

10. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.

11. Prizes are NOT TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.

12. By participating in this Promotion, the winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
