Latest Terms and Conditions for  UniPin Reward Points:

  1. Points will be displayed on your UniPin member account after purchasing UniPin Credits.
  2. UniPin members can also receive points from other available gamifications such as sharing referral codes, sharing UniPin social media links, and following UniPin social media accounts (IG/FB). *This feature will be available by the end of January 2023*
  3. Every points received can be redeemed with various offers available on each levels based on the set rewards.
  4. Every points will expire every December 31st. Be sure to redeem it before!
  5. Points owned by the members can only be redeemed to available rewards at the UniPin website as it cannot be converted to cash.
  6. Points owned by each account can only be used by the respective account.
  7. Owned points can only be used in the country where the members lived.

FAQ for UniPin members:

  • How to maintain or upgrade my membership?

To retain their membership, members must purchase UniPin Credits within 6 months while fulfilling every transaction requirements for their corresponding levels. If within 6 months members did not make any UniPin Credits transaction, their membership level will be downgraded.

  • Will my membership status be downgraded after 31st December?

Every 31st December, all unspent points will expire and the member points will be emptied, however, the member’s level will still be retained to the next period.

  • Where can I see my membership status?

Membership status level will be displayed in the member’s UniPin account after they sign in and click on the Member’s Detail.

  • Can I see my reward point redemption history?

Yes, member can see the history of their points’ earnings and usage in their UniPin account.

  • Where can I get information regarding the weekly promotion offer for Immortal members?

Information regarding special promotion & offers will be given to Immortal-level members every week via email.
