Guidelines:
- Tournament is open for all Filipino citizen and must be of legal age, at least 18 years old.

- Tournament date: December 20, 2024
- Registration details include full name, IGN, and team captain’s contact number
- All communication regarding the tournament will be discussed in the UniPin Philippines Discord server: UniPin PH. Game Marshalls shall assist in all concerns of the tournament.
- Prizes:
- Champion: PHP 4,400 worth of Steam Credits via UniPin Credits
- 2nd place: PHP 1,000 worth of Steam Credits via UniPin Credits
- 3rd place: PHP 300 worth of Steam Credits via UniPin Credits
- UniPin Credits Prize will be credited to the winner’s UniPin account.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash.
- All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies and their relatives up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
General Information
- Game Version: The tournament will use the latest official version of the game, including any balance patches or updates, unless otherwise stated.
- Platform: Matches will be played on [specify platform, e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, PC]. Players are responsible for ensuring their controllers or peripherals are compatible.
- Tournament Format:
- Double Elimination (Default).
- Winners, Losers, and Grand Finals are best of 5 matches (first to 3).
- All other matches are best of 3 (first to 2).
- Match Settings:
- Rounds: Best of 3.
- Time Limit: 60 seconds.
- Stage: Random select.
- Character Customizations: Prohibited (default costumes only).
Match Rules
- Character Selection:
- Players may freely select their character for the first match.
- The winner of a match must keep their character, while the loser may switch characters.
- Stage Selection:
- The first stage will always be set to "Random".
- Loser of a match may request a random stage reset or manually select a new stage.
- Controller Settings:
- Players may use any controller or fight stick compatible with the tournament platform.
- Button remapping is allowed, but all changes must be completed before the start of the match.
- Macros or turbo functions are strictly prohibited.
- Pausing and Interruptions:
- Accidental pausing or interruptions during a match will result in a round loss for the player responsible.
- Intentional disruption may lead to disqualification at the tournament organizer’s discretion.
- Connectivity
- Both players must have a stable internet connection.
- If a match disconnects, the game will be replayed unless one player was clearly in a winning position, as determined by the tournament staff.
- Players must use wired connections unless explicitly permitted.
Conduct and Fair Play
- Sportsmanship:
- All players are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship and treat others with respect.
- Trash talk is allowed within reason but must not include hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks.
- Punctuality:
- Players must check in at the designated time.
- Failure to show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time will result in a forfeit.
- Cheating:
- Any form of cheating, including but not limited to using banned exploits, macros, or colluding with other players, will result in immediate disqualification.
- Reporting Matches:
- Winners must report match results immediately to the tournament organizer.
- Disputes will be resolved by tournament staff. Evidence (e.g., screenshots or replays) may be required.
