Mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all customers in the Philippines

2. Promo runs from February 9– June 30, 2024

3. User must fill in details in the Google form: https://forms.gle/9vjrcP3CSQwBJ64Z6

4. After filling out the form, users will be given a UNIQUE REFERAL CODE. Users can send this code to anyone as a form of referral code.

5. New users must register and use the Unique referral code upon registration for refer to be eligible to rewards.

6. Refer will receive the following rewards:

• For every 10 referrals with at least PHP 50 transaction within the promo period, a 50 UniPin Credits bonus will be automatically topped in the referrer's account.
• For every referral with a cumulative PHP 500 worth of UniPin Credits purchase, refer will receive 30 UniPin Credit Bonus.

7. Awarding of the bonus UniPin Credits will be every 10th of the month from March-July, 2024.

8. Bonus UniPin Credits is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.

9. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc. and its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

10. All entries remain the sole property of [UniPin Philippines]. with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to [UniPin Philippines] use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which [UniPin Philippines] may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of [UniPin Philippines]. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold [UniPin Philippines] and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.

11. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.

12. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB
