UniPin is hosting the SEA Genshin Impact Cosplay Competiton from October 19-October 30, 2021. Show us your best Genshin Impact cosplay! Total Cash Prize pool of USD 3,000! Check out the terms and condition below:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Participation in the contest is free and open to all persons above 18 years old.  
2. Register on the link provided here
3. The personal information collected is only used by UniPin for the purpose defined at the time of the collection.
4. Only participants from any of the 4 countries (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia & Thailand) can join this event.​
5. UniPin reserves the right to conduct necessary checks in order to verify the identity of the participants. 
6. Participants must follow IG UniPin Community and IG UPStation.media​ (https://www.instagram.com/upstation.media/).
7. Participants must join the UniPin Community Discord (https://discord.gg/h7duVFFMrA)​. Any question can be asked on Discord by opening ticket on #contact-staff​.

RULES​:

1. Participants must upload 3 photos with poses according to the character (JPG/PNG format).​
2. Participants must include a photo holding a written or type-written “UNIPIN” on a paper or mobile phone as proof of entry verification.
3. Participants may also upload other videos/photos to show creativity in cosplaying the character (optional) in the form of skits, performance, comedy etc. This might help in judging. ​
4. Participants are allowed to use photo/video editing effects, however, it is not recommended to use/take from copyrighted sources.​
5. Participants are allowed to resubmit (if there are revisions) as long as registration is still available.​
6. Participants are allowed to submit more than 1 character (entry) by the same person. ​
7. Participants give consent for the usage of their submitted files for the purpose of marketing the event under UniPin's Cosplay and gaming content.
8. Participation in the contest implies that the participant accepts the integrality of the rules, terms and conditions.

COSPLAY THEME​:

1. Characters from Genshin Impact (Playable character, NPC, boss, etc)​.
2. Each participant is free to use more than one character in the photo (no limit)​.
3. Character cosplay costumes are allowed to self-made, purchased, or ordered.​

JUDGING​:

1. The judging will be split into 2 parts: 30% public votes, 70% judges score. ​
   Judges' scoring criteria:​
   1. Costume accuracy (30%) - Costume's attention to details, color, accessories, hairstyling, props.​
   2. Character portrayal (20%) - Portrayal of character whether via photo/video that stays true to the character/personality​.
   3. Creativity (20%) - Edited costume parts fall under this section​.
   4. Overall presentation (30%) - Overall ​impression, organization of visual details, and manner of presenting.
2. Winning entries will be selected by a panel of judges, and the decision is final and inviolable.
