Patch 2.6 is NOW LIVE and packed with exciting and awesome content that you should not miss!

The patch update starts off with the newest character to grace Teyvat – Kamisato Ayato, the Boba drinking dear brother of Kamisato Ayaka. Alongside Ayato, we are also expecting the rerun of the Anemo Archon – Venti and on a different banner date, we have Kamisato Ayato’s sister, Kamisato Ayaka. Ayato’s story quest – Cypressus Custos Chapter: Act 1 will also be available to play during his release

Not only are we getting new characters and return of some of our favorite characters, we are also getting a new area in Liyue, the Chasm! The Chasm has been around Teyvat since the appearance of Liyue and this will be the first time fans of the game will actually be able to explore the depths and wonders of The Chasm. New mechanics, new treasures and new boss like the Ruin Serpent are expected to delight the travelers! A new gadget called the Lumenstone Adjuvant will be needed to explore The Chasm and unravel the hidden mysteries of the area. Two new artifacts set are also released along with the new area

A new chapter quest “Requiem of the echoing depths” is also part of the patch update which also dwell deeper in the story of Genshin Impact and we are expected to see the return of Dainsleif and help investigate the schemes of the Abyss Order.

The patch update doesn’t stop there! There are more events happening throughout the new patch! One of the new events is called the Hues of Volet Garden where you get in-game items and get a chance to recruit Xingqui. Another event is the Moons and Stars Inscribe where travelers will look for picture perfect spots based on clues and create the perfect poem. Theater Mechanicus will make a return but with a new twist!
