Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure projects adhere to established PMO processes, standards, and methodologies, including risk management, issue tracking, and quality assurance.
- Assist in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring proper resource allocation and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct in-depth requirement analysis, documentation, and process mapping, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee testing activities, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and integration testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Manage change requests, document impact assessments, and communicate updates to the business team and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular status reports, project dashboards, and meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Provide guidance and support to junior PMO team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO or relevant roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and relevant tools.
- Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices is an added advantage.
- Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and digital payment platforms within the gaming industry.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Project Management Certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
